Absolutely not. My experience with Performance Golf is the worst I've dealt with

I purchased a 357 hybrid fairway club in November. At that time, Performance Golf enrolled me in a monthly training service for $29.99 per month without any authorization by me.

Definitely shady and illegal. I noticed it immediately and contacted them to get the unwanted subscription canceled. I also told them to remove my information from their phone and mailing lists. Since then, Performance Golf has submitted four charges against my credit card totaling $596.00.

They provided no information as to the nature of the charges. I was forced to contact the fraud department at my credit card company. As a consequence, I was forced to cancel my card and have a new one issued. A friend of mine also purchased the 357 club and has had the same issue of multiple unauthorized charges to his credit card.

He indicated that his phone calls go unanswered. There is no response to voicemails and emails as well. I actually like the 357 club I purchased. However, nothing would compel me to ever do business with them again.

Their business and client service practices are criminal.

There are numerous reviews of Performance Golf indicating they are a scam and employ the fraudulent practices I mentioned above. I strongly recommend that you avoid doing business with this company.

I was charged 399 for something I dont want and both reps kept pushing the issue and offering free time for again something I dont want or use. If I dont get refunded very soon I will return the 2 clubs I bought also.

If this is how your company operates by reoccurring subscriptions I will tell my golf buddies how it is. Still waiting for some rep to call and qualify this transaction.

Took my money without me knowing and now I wait for someone to allow me to have my money back. The next person who calls will most likely get an ear full.

I never applied for membership

I want a refund to put on my credit card for $99. I dont know how long you have been doing this, but I do not want a membership.

All I did was buy golf clubs from you. You guys are assuming I wanted a membership I do not how do I get my money back 704-608-**** Pete call me.

Non payment of refund

I requested a refund for a purchase I made. I requested the refund not long after giving my credit card details.

I was told that the refund had been made. Nothing has been transferred to my account.

It has been 10 days and still no refund. I was given a fraudulent refund receipt with different dates.The company will not respond to my emails to find out why the different dates.I just want a refund for $273.90US.

Unwanted Charges

This company will (100%) charge you for things that you never signed up for. I had to threaten them with a law suit and then had to cancel my credit card and order a new credit card, just so I wouldn't keep getting charged.

Hank Haney endorses this company and he should be ashamed of himself.

I no longer trust anything that Hank Haney endorses. I strongly recommend that golfers stay away from this company.

User's recommendation: Do not trust this company.They take advantage of the consumer by not being specific enough and intentionally misleading people that they will be paying a monthly bill from their account once you make a purchase from them.

Lack of Customer Service Response

I inadvertently placed an order twice. I immediately realized it and sent customer support an email explaining and asking them to cancel and credit one of the orders.

I got back an automated email with a tracking number saying someone would contact me in 12-24 hours. Nothing happened. I called the 800 number and left messages, no call back. After two weeks I finally got through to someone from an old sales number I had.

They seemed put off that I was questioning why I never received any response back to my inquiries. My issue was finally resolved after 3 weeks but it left me very disappointed in the response, or lack of, from Performance Golf.
